Return Policy Page

Authorisation must be issued by Gerrard Health Care prior to product being returned, please contact Customer Services for a return reference number and ensure a clear explanation is provided. Soiled, custom manufactured, modified or obsolete Products, or goods delivered more than 7 days previously may not be returned. Products accepted for return must be in resalable conditions, guaranteed infection free and in the original packaging.  Gerrard Health Care reserves the right to charge delivery costs and / or a re-stocking fee of 20% on returned Products.

It is the responsibility off the customer to cover any delivery cost for the returning an item to Gerrard Health Care. Gerrard Health Care are not liable to refund this cost, and any refund given will therefore be at the discretion of Gerrard Health Care Management.
